Our stunning menus

Erica, Harry and Grant have developed this stunning new summer menu, we love it, we hope you do too! Innovative delicious starters BBQ Belly Pork with a Jack Daniels Sauce, and Salmon and Spring Onion Fishcakes served with a lemon and dill mayo!   Celtic Holiday Park MD, Huw Pendleton is responsible for the creation of this dish – the “Celtic Legend Burger”, with Welsh melted cheese, fried egg, tomato, gherkin, lettuce, onion and smoked streaky bacon drizzled with honey mustard dressing in a brioche bun – phew!  Something lighter perhaps? How about sea bass fillets with prawn and cockles in a white wine cream sauce.  Traditional menu features such as our take on Surf and Turf – 8oz Sirloin steak with king prawns in garlic buter.

During lunchtime we also serve lighter options including jacket potatoes, large filled rustic rolls with salad garnish and homemade coleslaw.  Ham and Chedddar ploughmans, quiche with salade and coleslaw and a wide range of jacket potatoes and fillings.  The full menu can be found here:  http://celticholidayparks.com/restaurant/lunches-at-charlies/

The menu also features scrummy  favourites for dessert including ice cream sundaes with a crunch of meringue, vanille creme brulee, fresh strawberry meringues, homemade sticky toffee pudding, rich chocolate torte and home made cheesecakes.

We also have daily specials to tempt those taste buds!  and of course great service, great value and a great atmosphere – well that all comes as standard at Charlies.

Charlie’s is also a great venue to bring children along to eat.  We have an outside play area, where you can watch your children in a safe environment whilst you enjoy a frothy latte or light lunch.  We source great local foods, prepared with love.

Dinner

Surely the main event!  Whether its a casual supper  as a couple, a celebration or family meal, our menu is set to please all.  Delicious innovative menus are our speciality; our kitchen team of Grant, Harri and Chris are highly skilled chefs with international experience bringing lots of ideas and flavours to Pembrokeshire.

We source local products as much as possible, of the highest quality and of course the greatest flavour. Dietary requirements are no issue for us, but a quick call in advance is always appreciated.  Accompany your meal with a delicious wine selection chosen to reflect and enhance the dishes served.

Functions

At Charlie’s we cater for a wide range of functions of any type; funeral teas, christenings, baby showers, private parties and our tribute nights which are fabulous fun.  Erika Wilson, our Restaurant Manager would be delighted to meet and discuss any of your needs, and provide a range of menus from which to choose, or develop something bespoke to meet your requirements and theme.

 Charlie’s is also an ideal venue for small Weddings of up to approximately 70 sit down; again your requirements can be tailored to your needs.

 “Yesterday we had our wedding reception here and it was the most beautiful set up I’ve ever seen, the food was out of this world and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who worked so hard all day and all night a big thank you goes to you!
